At Letter Shoppe, we want you to love your apparel as much as we loved designing it. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to get a receipt for tracking purposes to ensure a smooth transition.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects your returned items at the warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
